He was the older brother of Mikey (Manjiro) and Emma Sano and the adoptive brother of Izana Kurokawa. in his time peroid he was well respected by the both his friends and rivals also . He is also A delinquent of legendary status, Shinichiro was a highly respected figure in the delinquent world. As the founder of Black Dragon, he had complete command of one of the most powerful gangs ever seen.

Izana Kurokawa was the boss of Tenjiku and the leader of the Eighth Generation Black Dragon. At the age of 13, he founded the S-62 generation. He was the adopted brother of Shinichiro Sano. He is the main antagonist in the Tenjiku Arc. He is shown to be the strongest member of Tenjiku and is also shown to be initially able to fight on par with Mikey. According to Toman's former 5th Division captain, Yasuhiro Muto, Izana is not only a capable fighter, but his "invincible senses" make him the strongest in Tenjiku.

Shion Madarame was the former leader of the ninth generation Black Dragon and a member of generation S-62. He later became one of Tenjiku's Four Heavenly Kings. After facing time in a juvenile prison, Shion became Rokuhara Tandai Number 5 until its disbandment. [3] He is now the commanding officer of the Kanto Manji Gang. Taiju Shiba is the captain of the sixth division of the second generation Tokyo Manji Gang. He was also the former leader of the 10th generation Black Dragon. Taiju is the older brother of Yuzuha and Hakkai Shiba. He is the main antagonist in the Black Dragon Arc.
Taiju is an incredibly strong fighter. His punches are destructive, and his stamina is extraordinary. Taiju easily defeated the Toman elites, who were very skilled fighters in their own right. He was the only person in the streak to knock out Manjiro Sano with a single punch, even though Mikey took the punch on purpose. Shrugging off the stabbing, he faced several opponents. In addition, he also quickly woke up after being hit full force by Mikey's signature kick.
